This new house was designed with a focus on three elements. Most importantly as always was the climatic consideration of the site. This presented a challenge, magnificent views to the city required careful design of the house to maximise the view, winter sunshine and breezes. 

The client had a strong desire to fit withing the historical context of the street. The house does this, but is not a replica of the neighbours. We attempted to develop the traditional features in a sympathetic way.
